Restitution of Oswald Achenbach painting to the National Museum in Wroclaw
A 19th-century landscape by Oswald Achenbach that was lost after the Second World War is returned to Poland thanks to the cooperation of the German Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
It was offered at auction in Cologne by an individual who agreed to give it back to the National Museum in Wroclaw.
