«All Art and Cultural Heritage Law Conference» - University of Geneva 13-14 June 2014
This conference aims to bring together all specialists active in the field of art and cultural heritage law, such as the scholars that run teaching programs and research projects, on the one hand, and practitioners that work in museums, law firms and art trade and advisory companies, on the other.
The objective of this conference is to address three themes (Property Concepts: Evolution and Limits; Due Diligence, Expert Interaction and Quality Impulses in the Art Market; Beyond the Law: Fighting Illicit Traffic on the Field) with a view to identifying and defining solutions and common grounds. Above all, this workshop seeks to lay the foundations of a long-lasting synergy between academia and practice.
