Scheduling and tasks of the technical supports in La Silla
The following table lists the dates of the next technical missions of Emanuela or Gaspare.
The list of Actions to be taken is available in the form of Issues in Gitlab ( Action == Issue! )
So at the beginning of each technical mission the local support have to go to the Issues Board .
Each Issue can be completed (information, requests, measured values, ...) until it is finally closed.
It is better to communicate through the GitLab technique (add comment) than through email, so that the history of questions/requests/measures is accessible to all.
The management of Closed Issues is done in the Issues Board , by dragging the issue closed in the Closed column .
It is also important to fill in a history for actions closed that justify a history (pumping, cleaning, repair, ...)
On the " requester " side, each request is made under gitlab by creating a new Issue.
