New common workspace created
On August 13th, 2010, the present workspace has been created. It will be a tool for communication and information sharing within the HARPS-N project.
Echelle grating blank delivered to RGL
Echelle grating blank at Richardson Grating Lab. Replication process starting soon.
Echelle grating delivered
The echelle grating was delivered by RGL to the Geneva Observatory on October 6th, 2011.
Instrument being shipped to La Palma
After the system tests, the instrument is being packed and later shipped to La Palma.
Official operations starting on August 1st, 2012
HARPS-N is starting its operation officially for the new observation semester at TNG on August 1st, 2012.
On-site installation started
On-site installation and commissioning of HARPS-N started on March 6th, 2012, at TNG.
Thermal Enclosure under construction
The HARPS-N Thermal Enclosure is currently under construction at the TNG
